If you are looking to have any part of your home remodeled, we would without a doubt, recommend Golden State Home Repair and Renovations. From the very beginning, Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured when he came out to give us a bid. Throughout the entire project, communication was excellent. Mike was always easy to reach, answered every question we had, and kept everything running smoothly. Every single person who worked in our home was kind, respectful, and took great care of our property. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. The craftsmanship exceeded our expectations, and the entire process was far less stressful than we anticipated. We’ve had quite a bit of work done on our home over the years, and Golden State Home Repair has been, without question, one of the best contractor we’ve worked with. Golden State completely rebuilt our Kitchen and Master Bath. They removed old flooring and installed hardwood floors in 65% of our house. The also painted the entire interior of our house. A MAJOR project! They were AWESOME! Every craftsman that came through our home was professional, personable, efficient and experts in their given area of expertise. They always left the house clean at the end of each work day. With the house torn up they went out of their way to give us any feeling of comfort during the process. Their team leaders kept us informed and we never once felt like we were being sold anything. I would highly recommend Golden State. We are very happy with our experience with Golden State HRR. Chad came out and designed our remodel and created a clear picture of what to expect for all the renovations that we requested.  Two bathrooms and kitchen and lots of stuff in between. Mike followed up with the extremely friendly,  skilled and professional  team to bring the design to fruition. Kari was  very helpful in our design layout and hardware. Valerie was great on answering questions and setting things up to run smoothly.  We had endless questions and concerns during and after our remodel and we always got them answered setting our minds at ease. As with any intensive remodel it comes with stress. The team was always patient with us and reassuring. They were professional on every level we highly recommend them for any type of remodel or renovation you may need or desire. Golden State HRR is, by far, the best decision you can make for your upgrades!  They are the complete package: experts, professionals, respectful, responsive, and, most importantly, they have a team that is invested in ensuring the quality of their work reflects the pride they take in their work. The work they did on our home upgrades far exceeded anything we ever imagined. Chad, the Owner and Designer, is better than ChatGPT when it comes to creating the design of your dreams. We described to Chad how we wanted the room to feel, and his design took it beyond anything we could imagine.   My family absolutely loves it! To complete the team, Michael, the Project Manager, and his team were awesome!  Punctual and respectful every day!!  Michael checks every detail before, during, and after each phase of the project.  It was obvious that our satisfaction was a priority for each professional assigned to our project.  I described the experience as having a team of entrepreneurs lending their expertise to turn your dream home into reality. To come full circle, Valeria and Kara kept the lines of communication open.  Every question, and I had a ton daily, was answered promptly and with such patience.  My concerns were validated and always addressed. My family is absolutely thrilled with the results. We first hired Golden State to do a complete gut and remodel of our master bathroom in our early 2000’s home and the results were beautiful! We then hired them again to redo the backsplash in our kitchen in our new build, and again the results are stunning! Not only are the results exactly what we wanted, but they are tidy, courteous, respectful and true craftsmen. They protected the rest of our home from dust and footprints and they cleaned up after themselves everyday. Our kitchen tile had a complicated pattern with natural stone so it was tricky to work with, but they did a wonderful job. They also have high standards for their own work. There have never been surprise price increases or anything shady. We’ve recommended them to everyone we know and we won’t work with anyone else!
