From 80s Drab to Modern Fab! I 100% recommend hiring Golden State Home Renovation Contractors.  From the very first meeting to the final walk through, I was impressed with their communication, worksmanship, and professionalism.  After subcontracting out my downstairs remodel, I swore I would never do that again!  Having the design and contracting experience of Chad and Mike was worth every single penny for my upstairs remodel.  I explained that I had a general vision, but no style or color sense. Chad helped me pick out tile, paint, and carpet.  He gave wonderful suggestions at every turn.  Mike and his crew were always so respectful and communicative and PROMPT!  I have never before worked with contractors or workers who always showed up on time every day.  At the end of each day, the work area was cleaned up and it was communciated to me what would happen the next day.  Whenever there was a minor problem or change, I texted Mike and he immediately responded with "I'm on it!"  There was never any arguing or defensiveness and they respected my opinion and multiple questions!  Valerie in the front office was phenomenal and also very responsive to my questions.  The contract was thoroughly written and the payment plan was easy to follow.  There was a communication clipboard on site which also made it easy for me to ask questions or request changes. Golden State is by far the most qualified and professional company I have ever worked with. I wish I could give them a higher rating than 5 out of 5 stars. They recently completed a full kitchen remodel and we can't be happier with the final product! Chad, Mike, and the crew were always on time, worked fast, produced a high quality product, and left the work site clean daily. We had such a great experience with Goldenstate HRR!! We were so nervous about who to hire for our kitchen and guest bathroom remodel.  When we selected GSHRR we certainly made the right choice!  They exceeded our expectations and they made our experience painless.  They finished sooner than the time frame and our remodel is so beautiful. After getting quotes from a few companies which were all over the map, I got ahold of Chad. He came over, listened to my shower remodel "vision", was straight to the point, and gave me a quote within my budget. His recommendations were a breath of fresh air after hearing so many others saying "we can do whatever you want to do (cha-ching$, cha-ching$)". Chad told me what would work and what wouldn't work. Now I have this gorgeous "Trump Tower Shower" as I call it, which exceeded anything I had imagined and I absolutely love it! Golden State did a phenomenal job remodeling our master bathroom. From our first home visit with Chad to plan our project, down to the touch-up work at the end, we could not have been happier.
